◯Important Notes

・Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time for check-in.Please be advised that if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, we may ask you to reschedule or cancel. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
・No shoes allowed inside the experience area. Please remove your shoes before participating.
・Please be aware that some areas within the facility may feature bright or flashing lights, as well as dark or low-light environments. If you are sensitive to light or darkness, please take appropriate precautions.
・Parents and guardians are kindly asked not to leave children unattended.
・To ensure fair access for all guests during peak times, staff may ask those who have been using the facility for a long period to make room for others.
・Some experiences may not be suitable during pregnancy due to safety considerations.
・Please take special care if any of the following apply to you.
　・Individuals who are sensitive to light or sound stimuli (e.g., those who have experienced seizures or loss of consciousness)
　・Individuals with severe fear of enclosed or dark spaces.
　・Individuals who experience palpitations or shortness of breath.
　・Individuals with any concerns regarding their physical strength or health condition (including those using medical electronic devices such as pacemakers)

◯Prohibited Activities

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all participants, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:
・Entry by individuals who are intoxicated or exhibit disruptive behavior.
・Eating, drinking, or smoking inside the facility.
・Bringing hazardous items or any objects deemed inappropriate by staff.
・Re-entry into the facility once exited.
・Commercial photography or media coverage without prior approval.
・Pets are not allowed in the facility (Note: Guests accompanied by assistance dogs may access the gallery and shop areas, but not participate in the experience itself.)
※ In some cases, guests may be asked to leave at the discretion of the staff. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

◯Additional Information

・Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings, including valuables. We kindly ask that you take care of your belongings at all times.
・During this event, photos and videos of guests may be taken as part of the experience. These contents will be available for you to take home. For your privacy and security, all data will be automatically deleted within seventy-two hours and will not be shared with third parties or used for any of advertising purposes.
・Kindly note that, due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be cases where your photo or video content may not be available. We appreciate your understanding.
